**For All Reflexology Sessions**
Please be aware that I cannot provide treatment if you are pregnant and in your first trimester (second and third trimesters are able to receive treatment), have an infectious condition such as plantar warts or athlete’s foot, have open cuts or sores on your feet, or if you have a history of deep vein thrombosis (i.e. blood clots). If you have diabetes, please obtain consent from your doctor prior to booking a session.
60 Minute Session – $85 – recommended for first sessions and to receive the most healing and relaxation
The feet are inspected and then cleansed with soap and hot towels. The reflexes are worked a minimum of three times, followed by the “dessert” portion – lotion is applied here for the ultimate relaxing and soothing ending to the session.

45 Minute Session – $65
