How should I prepare for a session?
Be sure to wear clothes that are comfortable and allow access to your calves (they are also treated during a session). Try to schedule your session for when you do not have commitments so you can focus on healing (turn off your phone!) and not be disturbed.
What should I expect for my first session?
You will be required to fill out a health questionnaire and consent form – we will review your concerns and expectations together. Please plan for an extra 10-15 minutes at your first session.
What illnesses do you treat?
Reflexology does not diagnose or treat specific illnesses. Rather, it treats the body as a whole and encourages the body to balance and heal itself.
How often should I have a session?
It is recommended that you have a session every 4-5 weeks. Regular sessions can help provide physical and emotional healing.
What else should I know?
In order to provide a calm and relaxing atmosphere, lights are dimmed and soft music is played. If you have questions, you are always welcome to ask them. I typically do not speak during a session (unless necessary) in order to allow you to fully relax. Many clients fall asleep during their session.
